PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE DEPUTY CEO

The International Institute of Advanced Islamic Studies (IAIS) Malaysia invites interested and qualified applicants for the post of Personal Assistant to the Deputy CEO. This role is essential in providing high-level administrative support, managing the Deputy CEO's schedule, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

Requirements and Specifications

a. Education: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.

b. Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or professional environment.

c. Skills:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

d. Professionalism: High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability.

e. Flexibility: Willingness to perform duties outside normal working hours/days if necessary.

f. Remuneration: Monthly remuneration may start from RM3,500 (inclusive of allowance) or depending on qualifications and relevant experience.

DRIVER TO THE CEO

Requirements and Specifications

  1. Education: PMR/lower secondary certificate holder. SPM holder is preferable.
  2. Age: Between 25 to 40 years old.
  3. Health: In good physical health – with good eyesight and the ability to move heavy objects.
  4. Communication: Able to communicate effectively in English and Malay.
  5. Knowledge: Familiarity with office maintenance and basic vehicle maintenance is desirable.
  6. Licensing: Possess a valid driving license for at least D and B2 classes, and own a motorcycle. Candidates with a clean driving record and no criminal record are preferred.
  7. Flexibility: Willing to commute whenever assigned by the Institute to undertake duties outside of the office. Willing to perform duties outside normal working hours/days if necessary.
  8. Professionalism: Strong sense of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  9. Skills: Excellent organizational skills, punctuality, and reliability. Ability to handle confidential information with utmost care.
  10. Experience: Prior experience as a personal or executive driver is preferred.
  11. Remuneration: Monthly remuneration starts from RM2,450 (inclusive of allowance) or depending on qualifications and relevant experience.

DRIVER CUM DISPATCHER

Requirements and Specifications

  1. PMR/lower secondary certificate holder. SPM holder is preferable.
  2. Age between 25 to 40 years old.
  3. In good physical health – with good eyesight and ability to move heavy things.
  4. Able to communicate in English and Malay.
  5. Knowledge in office maintenance is desirable.
  6. Possess a valid driving licence at least for D and B2 class, and own a motorcycle. Candidate with clean driving record is a priority and have no criminal record.
  7. Willing to commute whenever assigned by the Institute to undertake duties outside of the office.
  8. Willing to perform duties outside normal working hours/days if necessary.
  9. Strong in teamwork, integrity and multi-tasking.
  10. Monthly remuneration starts from RM2,450 (inclusive of allowance) or depending on qualification and relevant experience.

Requirements and Specifications

  1. Education: Primary school certificate holder. PMR/SPM holder is preferable.
  2. Age: Between 25 to 50 years old.
  3. Health: In good physical health, with the ability to handle the physical demands of the job.
  4. Communication: Able to communicate effectively in Malay. Basic English is an advantage.
  5. Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  6. Skills: Strong sense of cleanliness, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.
  7. Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and courteous.
  8. Flexibility: Willing to perform duties outside normal working hours/days if necessary.
  9. Remuneration: Monthly remuneration starts from RM2,450 (inclusive of allowance) or depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
