Maszsyuhada Maszri is an intern at the Research and Publications department of IAIS since January 2024. Currently pursuing a master's degree in Southeast Asian history at Universiti Malaya, her research focuses on the Southern Thai Patani Malay community.
With a Bachelor's degree in English for Intercultural Communication from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), she brings a unique blend of expertise in socio-cultural linguistic and cultural psychology to her work. This background proves invaluable in exploring concerns related to international affairs in the Muslim world.
Her dedication to academic excellence is exemplified by her recent contributions to the field. Representing IAIS, she authored two articles published in Harapan Daily. Titled 'The Seismic Shock of the ICJ Against Israel' and 'The Spanish Break from the Wolf Pack Against Gazans', these pieces shed light on the current Israel-Palestinian issue in Gaza, demonstrating her commitment to addressing pressing global issues through rigorous research and analysis.
